6000 won't restart

hi, i just got and installed 2 6000's and the 7095, for my 120. I wanted to use interval 1 but everytime the pump on channel 2 stops and tries to restart i get the warning signal and the pump does not restart. i have checked to make sure it spins freely and it does. any suggestions?

Try installing the drive unit under water so their is no air inside, if that doesn't do it run it for a day without the controller, make sure the driver is at full power too. The boss man will be here tomorrow night so I can ask him in person but he'll be jetlagged and I will wait until Sunday to ask if this doesn't work.

Thanks, sometimes at first they are more stiff and the driver has been redone to make it more sensitive so the alarm is more readily set off, this is an added safety but can create some annoyances.
