600g FOWLR

That really sucks. I hate it when i get micro bubbles in my tank, happens to me all the time because i dont have an ato system. Most of the time its my fault because i get lazy and decide not to top off the tanks.

Lol well I was more upset about the soppy carpet.

Ignoring the cloudy water (re did some plumbing) past three nights I've noticed the flameback and multicolor engaging in some spawning behavior. Always right before lights out.

Currently mobile so can't post the photos but my clumsy thumbs snagged the bonded multibar angles and picked up the copperband from sri lanka

Congrats... the pair looked sweet!

Really only needed one multibar but my tank should be large enough for three.

I've never had luck with the bali copperbands I have access to, so I figured I'd try out one from dd. Is your cb a water column feeder or a pick off the ground type?

My aussie CBB, marginalis, and muelleri have all been water column feeders from day 1. They are often just a bit more deliberate, and less bulldozer, than my other fish.

Good to know, I broadcast feed pretty heavy so should be fine. The blue stripe I picked up yesterday is water column also which suprised me.

Bluestripe butterfly or angel?

What I do is throw the pellets in first... this stuffs most of the fish. Then I break out the frozen food for the few that don't eat pellet (all Chelmon species, collare, semilarvatus, Parachaetodons). If I have them, I'll feed live blackworms at the end of the night, just to really stuff everyone.

Sorry, bluestripe butterfly from Hawaii. I pretty much feed the same, but the wife doesn't like black live worms in the fridge so only pick them up on special occasions.

I've always liked the bluestripe butterfly, but every pic I see of them in captivity they are super dark, like a stressed coloration.

Never seen a butterfly with that much color, looks more like an angel fish then a butterfly, you've been doing a great job so far.
