6025 doesnt always start.....

I bought 2 used 6025s and one of them doesn't always restart after cleaning the tank. I took the pump apart and everything seems to look well and it still does it after a good cleaning. The pumps sometimes randomly starts after being plugged in for a while but usually not. Is there anything else I can go to fix it?

Send it in, most likely the disk or drive unit is worn.

If I get it before November it is less than 2 years old and definitely warranty, the 6025 will have been available for 2 years Nov 7 and then I will need a receipt for warranty.
