6025 magnet question

I'm re-evaluating my options for flow in my 60g cube. I was thinking of adding a pair of 6025s in place of going to a bigger pump to feed my oceans motions. To use the 6025s, I 'd have to place the back of the magnet mount inside my oveflow box below the waterline. Is the back half of the magnet a sealed unit that is safe for constant submersion in my system?

Yes, but I think you would be better off with the 6045's the wide flow of these pumps does not carry very far, a 6025 covers 2ft a 6045 3ft.
