6025 Making Noise/Broken Bracket

I cleaned the cover after it began making a noise only to find the impeller is not seating right and it seems like there is a bad bearing or seal. I also noticed one of the brackets that hold it to the glass is cracked and ready to break. Can you help me? I only purchased these about 6 months ago from Marine Depot.

Yes, send the pump in and we will replace it. It must have been older stock, we made a series of revisions and by November 2007, this would not be possible, only older pumps can have this problem.
