I woke up this morning and one of my 6025 was makeing a rattle noise, took it apart to see if something was in it and the shaft is cracked, does anyone know were to get a new one?
Roger is the US distributor for tunze and handles all warranty and repairs. Typically under most circumstances he does not reply or posts on weekends so I would be patient till tomorrow if you have not contacted him yet and he will most likely reply to this thread.
