6025 stopped working

I bought two 6025 6 months ago, from Germany via onlineshop. Both pumps started to rattle two days ago, and I stopped them. Then run them several times but the noise did not stop. Now they are not working. Today I realized that their stainless steel shafts are broken. I live in Turkey, Istanbul. I don't know if there is a Tunze distributor in Turkey. What should I do ?

Hi Gokce,

This sounds like a warranty issue but you may need to return to the online store as the local distributor may not support repair without a surcharge as it was purchaced in Germany.
