6025 Stream

Roger,

Well it looks like 2 of my 4 have failed on me. They started to get noisy and when I removed to clean, both had broken shafts and the the piece that attached to the bottom of the impeller magnet on both is no longer attached? These are 6-12 months old ..not sure which is which anymore.

Also I am buying 2 of the 6045's. Are they having the same problem.

And of course 2 of the c clamps are broken.

LMK what are my options here

Send them in and we will replace them, if you get stock made after October you won't have any of these problems.

Sorry for the bother and again thank you for your #1 Customer Service. I had the mount clips replaced already with the new magnet and that works perfect.
