6045 shocking

Wire appears perfectly fine, no cuts or dry rot or anything, but when I plug it in and my hand hits the water... well, lets just say my wife noticed I got hit before I was able to tell her. lols. any ideas on how I can fix it? I have only had it a very short time.

BTW, also have a wavebox, and a 6055 and 6201 on 7095 controller... all working great!

If the cord has no damage then likely there is some breach in the resin that coats the coil. Send in the pump and we will replace it. I am very sorry this happened, it is rare but unfortunately not impossible.
