6055 & 7095 Question

Hi there

I just bought a 2 used 6055 and 7095 multi

I hook them and started to play with the modes on the controler but I have notice than everytime one of the pups turn off and on it makes a click sound

For what I undestand the 6055 are speed controlables and the 7095 control the units, if the pumps are not design to be turn on and off contansty, why the intervall1, pulse and food time, shout off the pump and then start them?

I like the interval 1 mode but I just can used for the constantly clicking on the pump. So I have to set it intervall 2 where the pump just slow down the power with out turn it off.

I mean I cant´t see the reazon why I bougth a 7095 to starting on and off the pump if they are not design to do that, in that case I could buy a simple wave controler.

I mean don´t get me wrong I love Tunze I have some other tunze equipment, and I bought this for my 55g SPS. the guy how sold them to me sent me 2 replace impellers, will this impellers fix the click sound? I mean is fustrating to spend over 500 dlls. for a clicking pump.

The clicking was a limitation of the original design with being turned on and off as with propeller pumps of this type the impeller wants to fly out of the well at startup untill it starts spinning. Tunze has been able to overcome this with a new style drive unit(impeller) which has a tighter fit which might be what you are receiving.

I will shift the impellers for the ones are in the box, if the clicking won´t go away (in case it is still the old mdel impeller replament). Should I buy the new impellers?

I would have to "talk" to Roger(rvitko) in the morning when he gets online if they still click, if you are in the US he would be the man to talk to. Not sure who the Mexican distributor is. Did you get two impellers and maybe two black plastic or washers?

To fix the click you need to have two of the disks (6025.740) at the bottom, the top disk should be black. You also need the newer prop assembly that has a black shaft.

The extra ones you have are not the correct ones? Can you post a picture of what you have?

Hi Roger

I received the Propellers and I want to thank you.
but I have the last Question.

the little white O rigs do I have to place them before the Propeller and then Push the propella inside rigth?

I know it may be a dum question, but as they are tide fit I dont want the to place them and not be able tu pull them out.

Yes, position them on the shaft and push them in with the propeller.
