6055 placement in 120G 4x2x2?

I'd like to go for a 'tidal gyre' effect with my two 6055s, controlled by Apex VDM. Setting up a power schedule like the attached chart. Doable?
How about placement? I'd like them as invisible as possible, so back corners about 2/3 of the way up - aimed in towards front center was one idea. Or maybe just on the sides aimed straight across at each other... opinions?

Thanks,

I think that should work fine, the best placement though is likely one positioned on the front aimed sown the length and one in the back with the flow program and pattern you want to use.

Thanks! I'm hoping to get clockwise flow half the day and counter-clockwise flow the other half, with some overlap for turbulence. I can vividly remember snorkeling a reef as the tide was going out and the current was amazingly strong.
It'd be nice to replicate that. Kinda wishing I'd had the cash for more powerful pumps!

OK, if you are looking to reverse the direction of flow then your original placement idea is better.

Thanks! Now that I've got things set up and running the 6055s are digging out a hole in the sand - not even at full power. So I guess I'm happy with the flow rate after all!
