Hi,
I took my 6055's out yesterday and cleaned them, I had a small vibration I could hear when one pump was running. I cleaned both pumps and reassembled and returned hem to the tank. Now 1 of the pumps has has a MAJOR vibration problem and I cannot find out what is doing it. I have dissassembled it about 4 times and looked for any idiot reassembly problems but I cannot find anything wrong. The vibration pattern starts slow and builds to a very loud pitch and then cycles back and begins again. Is it possible I pushed the metal shaft too far into the rubber seat in the back of the motor housing causing this? I cannot find any deposits or broken rotating parts to cause this.
Help me figure out how I could screw this up, Please!
