6055's

I installed 2 6055's last night in my Nano'ish tank - very nice - they are controlled by a 7095 which was in place to control streams in the larger sister tank.

I assume that the cords that run from the 7095 to the 6055's are not included - I did not get any - I know they come with the larger pumps - sort of surprised they didn't with the 6055's.

The DIN(MIDI) cables that run from the pump's junction box to the controller come with the controller not the pumps. The 7095 includes 4 of these cables

hmmm, sorry - no wonder I could not find the 5th one I thought I had last night. sorry - I could have sworn I got one with the 6105 I purchased last week.

No worries, it is a rather common question. I have not opened up a 6105 just yet but maybe something changed and they include them now. If you need an extra you can get it from tunze.com but also usually can find them at your local radio shack

oh, re: radioshack - I did not know they were so generic

The pumps do not include the cables, the controller only has 4 sockets so to run 5 or 6 pumps you need a 7092.340 Y adapter and that will include more cables to add two more pumps and connect to the controller.

I think they are also referred to a midi cables. I bought a used 7095 that didn't come with any cables. I picked up a 3 pack at Radioshack for $12. I liked the fact that each cable was a different color.

thanks all - I am only running 4 pumps so I am good
