I'm thinking about getting a 6060 for my 54 Corner bowfront
tank. I'd probably mount it in the rear corner - hoping to have
the stream hit the front glass and then due to the shape
of the front glass disperse through the tank. The tank will
consist of only SPS - I need a decent amount of flow, but
I hate adding equipment to the tank. I don't want to add
any powerheads whatsoever.
Currentlly the only flow is through my sump return via a SCWD.
By the time I add the 4' of head and the SCWD, the 900GPH
pump doesn't really pump out too much water - not enough
for SPS anyway - but does create some side-side motion.
I'm hoping that with the additon on a 6060, I should have
enough good flow for SPS.
Your opinions?
