6060 in the box a while, won't turn

Hi, I bought a 6060 from MD last Decemeber. Finally got everything uyp and running but the 6060 does not turn. I tried to "help" it a bit with my finger and it will run for about 15 seconds and stop again. I have read other accoutn of the 6060 have the plastic changed, could this be the case with mine as well?

It could be. Either way it is under warranty, send it in and we will replace the motor if necessary.
