6080.500 mag mount help

Is there a good way to fix the broken off ears that hold the powerhead to the mag mount. I've got 3 tunze 6000's all with mag mounts and I'm on my last mags that still have ears. I do wavemake with them and slowly each one has an ear break, then the powerhead dangles from the mag mount. At over $60 each, I'd like to find a DIY fix. There isn't much to glue to if I wanted to superglue it.

I would epoxy the holder clip to the magnet, I cannot think of another possible fix.
