When one of my 6095 ramps up from 30 -60% it buzzes. My other pump does not. This happens every 30 seconds or so.

Any ideas?

These pump are only 5 months old and have been cleaned recently

Either the disk is loose or missing, or the propeller assembly (drive unit) fits too loose. I would try swapping drive units between pumps and see if it follows the drive unit. Air in the pump can also be a cause right after service, it can take a few days to purge all the trapped air.

You said they were cleaned recently in your first post? At 5 months old they are due for a full tear down and cleaning in vinegar and water, this needs to be done at 4-6 month intervals depending on Calcium and KH levels. Part 6055.740 is the disk I am referring to, it is at the base of the shaft down in the pump and is a wearing surface within a shock absorbing cup (black disk in a blue cup) the propeller spins on this surface. It can fall out or stick to the bottom of the propeller, it is a critical part and the pump will be noisy or have trouble starting without it.
