6095 on wavemaker clicking

My 6095 is running on a 7092 wave controller and has recently started clicking on each pulse. Did some searching and it looks like I may need to replace the "6055.740 Bushing & Attenuation Disk". Before I try to locate one to order, would you agree this is the correct approach?

It will either be this or the propeller has worn but that is far more unlikely. It may also be as simple as cleaning, if the shaft is calcified the propeller magnet won't ease down easily and will suddenly slam down as the power of the pump increases.

Thanks, I tried a good cleaning first. I'll give the new part a try, the propeller still looks to be in great shape.
