6095 streamer goes on and off

I have few years old 6095 streamer. On more than 40% it starts to stop now and then. It goes on and off. I have cleaned everything thoroughly in citric acid.
Is there anything to do?

Probably needs a new impeller.

Are you sure the hole in the middle of the propeller assembly and the metal shaft it spins on are clean? If it was not first disassembled it could still have some deposits here and that ill cause this issue. It is difficult to say, such an issue is likely due to an overload but the power supply could be failing so it cannot handle a normal load, the propeller could be sticking as described above or the motor could have an internal short. I would be sure their are no calcium deposits and that the disk 6055.740 is not missing or upside down (black disk should face the bottom of the propeller magnet) and if these are OK I would send it in.
