It may be repairable. This would be a 6100 Stream and they were made from 2002-2007, the major parts of motor, driver and transformer are no longer available. Since you have the 7240.260 driver we can narrow it down further to 2002-2004 as in late 2004 it was replaced by the 7240.270. Basically, it is a fairly old pump.
If the driver beeps, but does not get hot, the issue is one of the following-
1) It is running dry, it will beep when run dry.
2) It is running with the impeller removed, it will beep when the drive unit (impeller assembly) is removed.
3) The drive unit is broken or jammed, this is very probable if it is the original drive unit, since 2006 they used 6100.700 which is still available and you can see on Tunze.com, the older pumps came with 6100.600 or 6080.600 and these had more parts and tended to last 4 years at most, the 6100.700 is a suitable upgrade, all parts included should be replaced.
4) The motor is broken, if the motor is dead, no repair is possible.
