6100 Died

Bought a Tunze Kit TS24 with 2 6100's and multicontroller 7095 from marine depot in january of 07 from Marine Depot. One of the 6100's quit working, the alarm goes off constantly, I have cleaned the pump multiple times and still the alarm goes off. Also the 7095 the LED died a while back, wasn't too worried about the LED but figure if I have to send in a pump might as well send that in to. What sorta information do you need from me and with the holidays when would be a good time to send in the pump, I am still using the 7095 so don't want a long turn around on it. I know your turnaround is excellent but not sure when your closing down for the holidays.

We will be closed the 24,25,26 for Christmas and the 31,1,2 for New Years. Otherwise we should have the same turnaround and we will be doing repairs. Just include a note iwth your return address and phone number.

Got them back and ty, everything working great now. I have to admit I dont ever recall the original moonlight this bright.
