Just purchased a couple 6100's from a fellow RC member and not familiar with these. When the pumps are hanging on the magnet mounts they are at an angle and not parallel with the tank bottom. Is this normal or are the mounts worn out?
They do hang down slightly, the fit is deliberately loose so that the holder can be removed from the magnet even after a lot of coralline algae growth. If they bow down an excessive amount, I would check that everything is properly assembled.
