6100 Seized Up

I've got major problems with a brand new (3 days old) 6100. Ran perfectly without the controller for 2 days. Shut it down to disconnect the power to hook up the 7095 controller and it (1 of 2) froze up and the alarm started going off.

Opened it up and it looks exactly like the pics I've seen in some threads here. Small bulge in the impellor housing.

This bulge is putting the impellor in a major bind. Will not run.

What can I do about this?

Roger emailed me that a fix was in progress and that he would take care of me.

Fingers crossed.

New stream is in the tank and working fine.
