6100 stuck

This 6100 has run for six month(without cleaning) and suddenly stuck today. The pump and impeller have been soaked in vinegar for about 10 hours but it still do not work well (sometimes it could run for 10 second or several minutes) and the drive give out sound alarm... how could I do for it ?

Everything looks OK but the hole in the center of the magnet might be plugged or the upper bearing could be dirty. It is also possible the bush bearing is not correctly inserted or the brakes are dirty. I sent the manual.

Thanks for your manual, but I still could not solve the problem, the pump and impeller have been soaked in vinegar for 1 day, but nothing changed...

I have try to exchange impeller unit with other stream pump, it works fine in other pump and this 6100 still not working with "new" impeller, so maybe I could make sure the problem is not about impeller unit, right? So what can I do for it ?

It sounds like something is wrong with the electronics and it would have to go back to Tunze or an authorized repair center.
