6101 stopped working

Hello, one of my pumps has just died, it will not start back up. I tried cleaning but no help. I switched the power supply from other pump with no luck. Is there anything else that I may be overlooking? Or is the pump itself just bad.

Likely the pump is just dead, I would send it in and include a return address and phone number.

Yes, it was taken care of and shipped back yesterday.
