6101s died

I have a pair of 6101 that have sequential 'died'
both have been thoroughly cleaned
light on the power meter is on, tried switching cords, but not a hum, twitch of the impeller, or any sign of life that I can discern.
suggestions?
address for service?
Replaced one with a 6105 but that on will run but not restart if impeller stops, have cleaned that too but after reading forum will try again ? maybe calcium deposit I can't get to?
