6200 came off again

Hi Roger, the 6200 fell off the holders that you sent me again. I slid a new one in there (you sent me two) and it came off that also. I realized it's not the clip that's worn down, it's the actual Stream itself. The "female" part I guess you can say.

Can you please LMK what I should do? I'm a little nervous - for now I can tie it together with some fishing line or something, but I'm hoping to get it fixed. Unfortunately I need the flow, I designed this tank around using Streams.

This time I wasn't so lucky, it slammed some of my SPS together, hopefully they'll be OK. I was extremely lucky that I had it down at 30% - 60% at the time.

Thanks,

David

Can you spare the one bad pump for a while and ship it? If not I would suggest attaching it with silicon since this can be removed later if necessary. Apply a thin film and slide the rail in and let it cure for a couple hours at least.

Hi Roger, I can send it in. Please just shoot me a note with an address. It might be a week or so. I actually tied it up with fishing line and it works great for now.

Do you need the receipt? I got my 6200's from Premium Aquatics.

Thanks again!

David

The production date likely still covers it under warranty. Send it without transformer to

Hi Roger, they are down and dry. If I send them on Monday, 8/29 do you know how long it will be until they will be back to me? They are both really loose and rattle on their holder clip. I do not want to put them back in my tank unless there is a more snug fit. Unfortunately I lost a few nice SPS the last time it fell off.

I should be getting my new tank mid September and setting it up right away.

Thanks,

David
