6200 in wavebox not restarting

Roger, I have been having a constant problem with the 6200 stream in my wavebox constantly sounding the alarm because it is restarting from the pulse from the controller. Just last weekend I took out the pump and thoroughly cleaned it just like I do my 6100's and I still am having the same problem.

Any suggestions?

What drive unit do you have, 6100.60 or 6200.70? Did you ever change the drive unit without changing the bearings? I am guessing a bearing is too tight or the brakes are dragging if you have the older 6100.60.

I have never changed anything on the unit. Forgive my ignorance but which piece is the drive unit? The electronics box is a 7240.27.

The prop assembly. How old is the wavebox? Are you sure the upper bearing is not stuck to the magnet- see the cleaning thread ta the top of this forum for details.
