6200 making a rattle

I have an older 6200 been running about 5 years now, that is starting to make a rattling noise when it is at the higher speed, still very quiet on low speeds though. I figure it is due to wear normal war and tear over time.

Is there a "rebuild/fix" for this issue ?

A new 6200.700 drive unit may solve the problem, but it will likely be equally loud in the short term after the parts are first exchanged but without a distinct rattle, after a few weeks the new parts will wear in and it should quiet substantially.

Thanks Roger, just got my new drive unit installed and WOW !!!

I forgot over time what flow I was actually missing as I could not run it on full power because of the rattle, she is now as quiet as a church mouse and blowing like "zee Tunze of old,". :dance:
