6205 magnets

One of my 6205s has the old magnet mounts that don't work with the silence clamp and I have a 1" acrylic tank.
I have a few extra Algae Free Great White magnet pairs that I should be able to use on the outside of the tank. Do I just need a silence clamp (6205.650) and a single large Tunze magnet (6205.500) to mount the clamp on?

It would be a 6065.650 silence clamp and 6205.500 magnet. I actually have these as a since discontinued set 6205.600. I doubt the poles will line up between the Great White and the Tunze magnets so they would need to be complete pairs. You could try it but it would be unlikely they will work, our magnets are side by side, theirs are one above the other.
