6208 wavebox review-typo in the title
Just wanted to let anyone interested that has 5/8inch clearance on a 6ft 125g that you will be okay. I am generating about 1 to 1 1/8 inch max wave with no problems. Flow is excellent, the unit is quiet and takes up very little space.
The only issues I have are that the mounting adaptors that extend the box further from the glass should be another 1/8 thicker or so for those with rims so that the box can be mounted high in the tank and not hit the rim. Also, the top magnet needs to be moved down a bit so that those with rims can actually use the top magnet when mounting high in their tanks (or at least have full contact). I still haven't figfured out how to use the night time auto shut off yet.
