The whole unit is only a year old I send it both to you,the first week that I got them. I bought it brand new from SoCal tropical.
It's the modified 6305 pump with a mouse looking driver and blue titanium impeller.

I need more info to figure out what may be the cause, a photo of the complete drive unit would be a big help, perhaps a part is worn or missing. Also a name so I can look up the repair history. Please PM or email me this info.

After observing it many times
I notice that the front nozzle won't stay on when the wavebox is running
There is nothing broken
I can send you a video tomorrow or we can do FaceTime to explain it better

The front cover could be the cause, from what I can tell in the pictures, everything looks OK, the most useful though would be a complete picture of the removed drive unit (6305.700). I think since we will have to at least replace the front cover or figure out why it won't stay in place the pump should be sent in for repair. I did find the repair history and it was replaced 08/24/10 so it still has about 6 months of warranty remaining.

The pump that is clicking is a 6215.200 and transformer is tuck away that is hard to remove at the moment to take a picture .you replace the transformer with a new one the looks like a mouse instead of the flat one.

The wavebox is not clicking as much anymore but the front cover always comes lose I don't want to zip tie it if I don't have too and I could use a small black washer and the black rubber in the front cover since both of the rubber are not as tight as before.

Also the warranty is only 2 years ?
Thanks

Yes, the warranty is 2 years, which is pretty long for aquarium equipment.

The power supply wouldn't be related, it runs so it is getting power the issue is either the drive unit or the front cover, and since the front cover not fitting could be damage to the motor causing it to not lock in, we really should check the entire pump.

I guess I have to sent it out to be check ...
How about a TUNZE 6205 and 6305 how long is the warranty on this
I bought 4 of this @ socaltropical over year ago but I thought the warranty was 3 years ...
Either way you are the best!!!!!!
Last time I talk to you was after your wedding...

All of our products have a 2 year warranty, the only exceptions being pH and mV probes and any light bulbs which are 6 months.
