630 Gallon

So I am in the process of building a 630 gallon plywood tank. 7x4x3. and I was wondering about circulation. My 2 ideas so far would be 2 4000gph external pumps hooked up to 2 closed loops (one sucks from the left and puts water back on the right. it turns of and the other comes on doing the opposite, right to left, about every 15 mins) Or buy 2 of the new mp60 powerheads from vortech. Would I get the same flow all over from the two MP60's? or would I need more of them? I know the mp60s have almost double the rated GPH from external pumps and are WAY more energy efficient so they will "pay for themselves after awhile but will I have dead spots? because with the closed loops there would be 4 outputs and inputs on each side.

If considering MP60's I would place 4, not because of the Width of the tank but because of the depth (4').

Good luck and hope you begin a thread. :)

2 on both sides or sides and back. I always get confused when reading tank sizes, just making sure I was clear it is 4 feet front to back, 3 tall and 7 long.

if I get to 4 vortech I don't know if it is worth it then. cause that is like 2800 and for the two pumps and plumbing I am looking at prolly 1000.

ok next question. DT is 630 and pretty sure the sump, fuge and everything will be about 1000 total. I have found a used rc1000 for 1000 bucks. Is this over kill? or for the money go for it?

Rc1000 is just right after sump , refugium ...
IMO
Huh? I wasn't asking where to put it. But that is also handy to know. I was wondering if that skimmer was A. a good deal, and B. worth it for my tank or should us something else.
