I am sending in a Tunze Stream 6305 I bought from Premium Aquatics about 10 months ago. I have only run this unit full blast (no controller) in my 600g and probably have cleaned it 3x since i purchased it.
Today I noticed it was not running and so I took it out and noticed the unit was very hot. Thinking something might have gotten stuck in the pump i pulled it out and shut it off. Once i pulled the propeller out of the unit, cleaned the magnet, and came back to reinstall the propeller there was a bubble on the inside of the propeller chamber...Enough so I could not fit the magnet inside the unit. I have 12 Tunzes Streams (6105, 6205, and 6305's) in my tank and never have had this happen. Please let me know what you find once you get it.
