Any suggestions?
I have a 100 gallon reef and just picked up a 65 gallon and I am shooting for a saltwater tank of aggressive fish only so what should I do!?

That would be a nice footprint for a radiata. Gorgeous fish, but would suffer from over-agressive tankmates. You'll also need to be sure you end up with a good specimen as they don't tolerate shipping well. Lastly, get your fish started on gutloaded live ghost shrimp as this fish feeds mainly on crustaceans in the wild.

They are amazing fish! My LFS gets them in all the time and they have amazing color. The tank won't be too aggressive I might stick a moral in there too depending on what I want and don't want! I'm either thinking an angler or a moray

You'll want to be really careful with an angler...temperament-wise, it would be a good fit with a radiata, but you need to mind "size differential", as altho the radiata has a relatively small mouth, and angler doesn't and will often try eating a fish up to twice its size, which will likely kill both fish..
