7 Years of reefing in about 9 minutes

Thanks for sharing, that was excellent viewing. It's great to see that we all have ups and downs in this hobby, looks like your doing very well now. Congrats on a great tank, and keeping those fish healthy for so long, some of those are tough.

Over the rainbow that exact version was the song the bridesmaids walked down the aisle at my wedding to. Beautiful song and beautiful tank thanks for that

Everything about that was tremendous. Despite the tank crash, you surely have a green thumb for growing acros. I don't even want to think about the amount of money tied up in that tank over those years!

Awesome tank and video progression.

Was wondering if you had any idea what was causing the fins on the hippo tang to shred the way they are? Mine is considerably smaller, but is begining to have the same thing happen. Otherwise seems healthy eats vigorously etc etc

Congratulations !!!! Amazing job

Your tangs are massive...beautiful !

The orange shoulder is the same in 2014 and 2015 ? I have one orange but never become adult coloration

Best Regards

yep! you know whats totally weird...when I bought the OST, it was the expected 2 shades of grey...then after a month, it turned yellow on me! so strange.

wow! great video. You are obviously an expert with the sps. You tank is stunning. What kind of lights are you using, and what are the large tangs, besides the achilles that I see there? beautiful fish. also how thick was the acrylic on the 300, and now on the exsisting tank?

oh I'm far from an expert...everyone knows sps can go from elation to deflation in a matter of days!

using oceanrevive t247s along with old school vho's. the 300g was 3/4" and the 400g is 1".

Flipping amazing, I nearly had tears in my eyes, what a commitment, I am without words, thank you so much for letting the community into your journey.

Perry, just wait a couple more weeks when I post my annual reef pics with our kids! now that's always difficult for me to do...time is flying :(

That's awesome:inlove::inlove:
Great lesson of what you can achieve, when you love something hard and you never give up:beer:
Is that the same achilles all these years?

yep! same Achilles that refuses to grow :(

That was an amazing documentary. Thanks for sharing it. I noticed the powerhead on the end of the tank was oscillating back and forth, how did you accomplish that?

its a ghetto fabulous seaswirl with zip ties :)
