7091 v 7095 question

Nothing to see Move along
I am planning on running two 6000's with either a 7091 with photocell and Y connector or a 7095.

What is the difference between these two setups?

Thanks, John

The single biggest and well most important one would be the fact that with a single and the Y connector there would be no way to alternate your pumps. They would both be running the same program, both speeding up and slowing down in unison.

that being said you could buy two 7091s and work something out but it is much easier done on a 7095 or the upcoming 7096 plus both of these have many more choices and programs than the 7091 does

John, the single controller 7091 have only 1 mode which is pulse while the 7095 multi controller can do pulse, interval I, Interval II and Sequential, luna moonlight, and ability to control up to 8 pumps via Y Adapter. If you do plan on upgrade in the future, 7095 or 7096 is your best bet...

OK, another question... Sorry!

Can you run a 6100 and a 6000 off of a 7091 with a Y adapter?

Can you run both a 6100 and a 6000 off a 7095?

I want to ramp down the 6100 to about 2000 gph but leave the 6000 at the full amount.

Thanks in advance!

John
