7094 controller set-up

Quick question I have been given a 7094 controller and plan to add 2 6055s streams. Can you advise if the following can be set-up using controller:

Normal operation
alternate pulse 30/50% between pumps

Every 6 hrs
Alternate 1 pump off and 1 @ 50%

Will night mode will be pump on channel 2 @ 30%?

I am not clear on what you are asking, you can only set one program so you cannot have both pumps running and then after 6 hrs have one turn off and the other run at 50%. You can however alternate between pumps avery 6 hrs and have the pump that is on pulse from 30-50% and you can set it so night mode is 30%.
