7095 fell in the sump - is it dead?

I've dried it out and reconnected the two 6100 streams that I was using the 7095 to control. While it was drying out, I had the streams running 24/7 - not ideal. I've now connected them back to the 7095 and I get the green light by the connector blinking once every few minutes. Is there a way to reboot the controller or should I just buy a new one? Thanks for any help!

its dead same thing happened to me.. PM Rogger he will help you out.. also take and post a pic if possible, the insides are all rusted out.....
