i just got a 7095 controller and have it running 2 6100's, i cant get the controller to run the power setting more than 80% is this normal?i checked that the driver( silver box) is turned up to max and it is, but still no luck is the controller faulty or am i missing something??

Make sure your sensor for night mode isn't in a dark place. You can test this by turning off the night mode, if after you shut it off and then the power goes to 100% then that's it. Also, there is a POT on the box that is at the end of the cord from the pump, this also needs to be turned all the way up, see if maybe it wasn't turned up. If both of those don't solve it, then Roger will make the proper advice.

Are you sure the pumps are 6100's and not 6000's? The 6000 was more prone to this, especially the 230V versions. Check that the driver potentiometer is not turned down (as Dan explained), it must be at full power. Basically the driver is not getting enough power to turn on the 100% LED, however it is still performing at 100% if the knob is turned all the way. This was an issue about 4 years ago and we reduced the resistance on the board for the top LED to come on. The 6000 put out less power especially at 50Hz and was more prone to this, usually even with the higher resistance a 6100 wouldn't do this. Interestingly, I also found that a dirty or worn pump could also cause this, but we don't have a technical answer for why this would happen except it may take power away from the controller.

thanks for the help, the pumps are definetly a 6100's, and the driver potentiometer is turned to full power, will give them a clean and see if that fixes it?
