7095 won't go into Night Mode

My new 7095 controller won't go into night mode. The Moon light comes on when the lights go off, but the pumps keep pumping at full daytime settings regardless of what pulse mode I'm in. Is something defective?

First thing to check- night mode turns the pumps to whatever you have the bottom knobs set to- it just stops the pulsing. If the bottom knob is 100% they will be full power.

That fixed it. The directions aren't very explicit about this. Thanks for your help.
