7096 Died

Roger,

My 7096 gave up the ghost yesterday. I was having trouble with the foodtimer again, so I tried the flash reset, and the box just died on me. No lights at all, even when plugged in to the pumps again. I was very careful to unplug the pumps prior to unplugging the 7096, and was very careful not to unplug the USB cord while attempting the reset, so I'm not sure what could have gone wrong.

I guess I need to send it to you, it's less than a year old. Anything you need in the box besides my sales receipt and contact info?
