I bought 2 - 70W electronic ballast and 2 new 20K DE bulbs to do a retrofit. I've decided not to do it and sell both units.
I will sell each set for $75 for new ballast, new bulb and bulb holder, you still need to wire them up an put them in a housing but there are plenty of threads on how to do it.
Or both sets for $125.00 for both sets.
