I am sorry to hear about the troubles online. It sounds as though you are entering the coupon code in the "Gift Certificate" field as opposed to the "Promo Code" field.

When checking out online, you will notice a blue link just above the sub-total that states "Click here to enter Promo Code". You must click this link, enter the coupon code, and then click apply. The coupon code will then immediately be applied to your order. Do not enter the coupon code in the "Gift Certificate" field.
