It is a custom sea life light kit that came with my first tank.
It has three single ended mogul style 175w MH.
Also has two 96wPC slots.
Has one ballast for the PCs and two for the MH. One is a double.
The lights should most likely be replaced in it. I cannot remember how long I ran them. Not more than 6-8 months.
