730g In-Wall Display

I didn't have time to get the ballast rack built & mounted today, but I did manage to get the (3) Actinic T5 fixtures in place... We now have night lights! ;)

Also, the Diatom bloom is in full swing (yay!!!) and the Hair Algae bloom has also already begun... I have never had them both hit at the same time before, so this rocks!

BTW: To get what I perceived to be "just the right amount of light", I have all (6) T5 reflectors pointed directly towards the ceiling to spread the light and reduce it at the same time. :)

Everything is up and running, the new 1.5hp chiller is installed, a primary pump was upgraded to a pressure rated pump, and all 3400w of MH lights are now fully operational.

.. HOWEVER ..

My Lighthouse Pro controller took some sort of power hit and no longer reads the pH or ORP probes, so obviously it can't really control much of anything other than the lights and pumps at this point. I have decided to buy (and ordered it this afternoon) the new Profilux III EX system and go full-tilt with the extras, so I can pretty much automate every function that I had still been having to do manually.

Oh yea, my 20k Generac has the gas line run to it and has been function tested, but it still needs the electrical wires and Transfer Switch installed.

Awesome build, love how clean the plumbing is despite the sheer amount of it. Looking forward to further progress

The 20k Generac was *finally* installed today, and it's freakin awesome.

If the power goes down, the generator automatically kicks on in 5 seconds... I was always under the impression that it had like a 5 minute delay, but nope, it's 5 seconds!

Did you ever mention what your generator would run off of? LP, diesel, ect ..

And that is fantastic on the response of it!!

Lastly, how loud is the Generac

My generator can run off either LP or NG, but I have it connected to the NG line so I don't have to worry about ever needing to keep any type of fuel on hand.

It's definately loud enough to appear as if it's running in the faint distance, but to be honest it's not a whole lot louder that the older condensing units on my HVAC system... My new units are nearly silent though. :D

Awesome tank. I wish mine was big enough for me to swim in it too. I always like the in wall tanks they look so nice and sleek, I wish I can have on like that one day.
