74 gallon rimless tower...

Rocks up close.. should have nice space for corals and good caves and depth for fish...

And a side note... wasn't sure if the low iron glass was worth it or not.. totally worth it.. clarity is awesome, can't even tell there is glass there...

looks great. I used to have a 24x24x32 in the 1990's. Loved the tank. It wasn't rimless as I don't think they had rimless back then. I had a single 175w MH pendant on it. If I did that type of tank again, I'd definitely use a Kessil 360N on it

Thank you...adding these guys for flow... should be able to basically hide them behind the rocks on the overflow... never had Tunze before... interested to see how they stack up..

And here is the reason I wanted to try these little tunze powerheads.. picture of the tank after I put them in

If ya look close enough you can see the cords, which will be more visible when I add a real light to the tank... but the fact that you can't see the actual pump is what I was after... although I'm not 100% sold on the flow yet... have to see it with some corals to move around...

Ordered a hydra 26 HD... got it in yesterday. Pretty sweet light, although the app isn't working for me. Was able to program it with my surface for now.

Light stand looks better than I anticipated and the wife approved ;)

Gonna likely need another hydra when things are in and growing... maybe t5 retro if can figure out a way to get on the light stand without looking too bad...

Also ammonia dropped to about .50.. and I detected nitrites for the first time.. so they cycle is moving...

Crappy iphone pic but here it is. love how tall and sleek the tank is. this tank is a downgrade and redo of a 120 i had that suffered through some renovation work...

This is my "Fish room" (empty closet in a bed room behind the tank)

Looks great... I too am loving the tall sleek look...

The tunzes are not visible at all!

Nice!
Unfortunately I am gonna have to have at least one powerhead showing.. can't seem to get all the flow working from the overlow location... also changing the tunze out I think.. gonna use rw4 for a while

Nice tank, great start. I also like the height. I have my eye on a 70 x 24 x 31 :) The extra height allows many more options with certain reef bio-types and/or structures. With LED's being what they are and their own advancement you can play with lenses and angles to get plenty of light coverage regardless of depth.

Good job.

I had a 60 cube, (2'x'2'x'2). The sump was such a pain in the A! They are so limited in what you can do under the stand, everything has to be crammed in. Funny thing I had the same skimmer and the same dual reactors.

I have a 47 column (18x20x30) and its suck a pain to aquascape. The first picture was my original set up befor i moved the tank. The second picture is after I moved the tank
