7400/2 conflicting data.

G'day. I am interested in the Tunze 7400/2 electronic but the specs on it seem to be conflicting. The graph indicates a head height of 2.8m but the text says 2.2m. See below. I was wondering if you could let me know the true head height. Cheers.

Tech data
TurbelleÃ"šÃ‚® electronic 7400/2
(7400/2)
Output: 700 - 4000 l/h
(184.9 - 1,056.6 US gal./h)
Pump wattage: 6 - 44 W
Pumping head H.max: 0.8 - 2.2m
(31.4 - 110.2 in.)

They are both right. The stated data are the recommended limits and the flow chart shows where the flow would be 0 l/hr. Past 2.2m the flow would not be sufficient to cool the motor or produce flow as the pump became dirty.

Ok. Great thanks for your help.:D Makes sense all be it a bit confusing. Maybe the stats could say Recomended Maximum Head height 2.2 as 2.8 is definately the maximum head the pump will go too. All in the wording!

Maybe use a black or solid line going to 2.2 and then a red or dashed line going the rest of the way. This would indicate that the pump should not be run in the red. Beacuse working backwards, if you asked me to draw a graph where I was told the max head height was 2.2 the curve would hit 2.2 at Zero lph.:mixed:
