it had about 1/8" to 1/4" bow in the middle. New tank has zero. I think this was the problem.

Got new tank set up and running for the past few months. Just took some pics with my new camera... let me know what you think and any suggestions. I will get a pic of my new sump and refugium later.

Well its been a while sence my last post. I am working on a closed loop. I was thinking about either the genx mak4 or the blueline HD40x. The both push about 1200 gal/hr which will be good for me and both around 130 watts. What do yall think? They will be run through the ocean motions squirt and the excess will be diverted to a sea swirl.

Well I now see the pan world 100PX-X pushes 1270gph at 130 watts... so I really need some help deciding.

Well i just ordered the pan world... I figured an extra 70 gph for the same watts seemed better. Hope this was a good choice. I hear the pan worlds are good pumps.
When I get it plumbed in I will get a few updated pics fot everyone to critque...

ok I got a question. I just helped my cousin set up my old 75 gal and it has been up and running for about 2 months or so. It was doing really good. its got 3 fish, anemone, some soft coral frags, and about 70-80 lbs of live rock. Well the other day it started getting cloudy and now we cant even see through and it has a yellow tint. Could it be the anemone causing this? And how do you tell if the anemone is dead? It looks white but still has purple tips.

I know this is long but we cant figure it out. All the parameters check out.
