75 gallon in wall project.

Well I only run PCs for now when I do upgrade I'm not sure what that will do, but I figure I can always hang some curtains and cover it up if need be. I just don't for-see problems a friend of mine has his with two MH right next to his tv and we have no issues with light interference.

Do you charge flat rate, or by the hour?

Logiktest if you want I can come show you how to put a tank in the wall. HAHAHA

Don't taunt me, or I might just build a tank in a wall one of these days!!

BY the hour of course, and I get two 15 min breaks an hour and two hour lunches that are paid and I only work a 6 hour day. Are you sure you can afford that?

Good grief!!! If you include the time it takes you to drive here, it would only leave enough time to say hi and hand you your money!
"Hi! Here is your $. Job well done!"
"Same time tomorrow?"
At that rate, Nook will have salt in his tanks before I do!

I will be hopefully adding water by next week. I have a lot of dry wall work to do, and some painting. So I work and then come home to work more.

A few pics of the tank with two 50/50 65 watt pcs. With the lights off I didn't have any problems with light interference. When all is said and done I will have 8- 65 watt pcs for now, and possibly a tek light or MHs for later.

Next thing is figuring out where my surround sound is going, I believe I'm gonna build a box and paint it to match the wall then set it against the wall to the left.

just a question...

are you going to use a crown molding to make a picture frame affect?...JW I think that it would look cool but its your tank :) looking good by the way! :)

Thanks salty! Yeah actually I believe it is crown molding, I have only glanced at it. It's at Vspeck's house he is nice enough to let me have some left overs.

I got all of the drywall work done I just have a bit of painting to do and some plumbing and should be running with water by Thursday. Here are a few pics.

I'm using a 50 gallon sump which will be done drying tomorrow, it is the same as a 55 just shorter.

Two CPR overflows with aqualifters each with a 1 inch bulkhead, I will be using a mag 7.5 as a return pump. I have a tunze 9010 skimmer and 3 tunze 6045's for flow in the tank. For lighting I will be purchasing a T-5 Tek light the six bulb fixture.

Let us know if running two external overflows works, when I set it up like that on a 55 I could not get both of them to drain at the same time. One always took the water and the other was dry. I scraped that project.

I'm havin some issues with my over flow the durso is suckin way too much air and blowing bubbles in the sump. I have drilled holes into the cap on the top but no dice any suggestions. I also turmed down the flow from the pump.
